How warm does it get?
You choose 45°C, 55°C or 65°C. Start on the lowest setting and don't hold it against bare skin for long periods on the highest.
Will both warmers arrive together?
Not necessarily. Items may arrive in separate parcels, typically around 9 days from dispatch. Each parcel has its own tracking. If part of your order has arrived and part hasn't, that's normal.
What if one arrives damaged or faulty?
Tell us within 14 days and we will send a replacement or refund. Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
