Shipping policy

Wattwander ships to addresses in the United States, the United Kingdom and the European Union. We do not currently ship to other countries. This page explains our shipping costs, processing times and delivery estimates.

Shipping cost

Orders that reach the free shipping minimum for your country ship free. Orders below the minimum pay a flat standard shipping rate. Both the minimum and the rate are set in your local currency (pounds in the UK, euros in the EU and US dollars in the US), so they are different amounts in different countries. The shipping cost for your order, if any, is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). During busy periods such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday, processing can take a little longer.

Delivery times

United States: once your order has been dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 3 to 8 business days. Together with processing, most US orders arrive within 4 to 11 business days of purchase.

United Kingdom and European Union: delivery times vary depending on the item and the warehouse it ships from. You will receive tracking information for each parcel so you can follow its progress. If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of purchase, please contact us.

All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. They can be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs checks and high order volumes.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking can take up to 72 hours to show updates after dispatch.

Bundles and multiple items

Items in a bundle or in the same order may be sent from different warehouses and can arrive in separate parcels on different days. You will not be charged extra for this, and each parcel will have its own tracking information.

Taxes, customs and import charges

Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout where required. Parcels sent to the United Kingdom or the European Union from outside your country may be subject to import VAT, customs duties or carrier handling fees. Any such charges are set by your local authorities, are not included in the price you pay at checkout, and are your responsibility. Orders shipped within the US are not subject to customs charges.

Addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address that was entered at checkout. If you need to change your address, contact us immediately at support@wattwander.store. We can only change it if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of purchase, or it arrives damaged, please contact us and we will make it right. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
