Bundle items are sent as separate shipments. Each item ships from its own warehouse and arrives in its own parcel, with its own tracking email, so a bundle will usually arrive as several parcels on different days. If part of your order has arrived and part hasn't, that's normal. Get in touch if anything looks wrong.
