These Terms of Service govern your use of the Wattwander website and your purchases from us. By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. In these terms, "Wattwander", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the business operating this store.

1. Using our store

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to give accurate and complete information when ordering and not to use our site for any unlawful purpose.

2. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Product specifications are provided by manufacturers and may change. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue products at any time.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout (pounds, euros or US dollars, depending on your delivery country) and are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout where required. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a clear error. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We do not store your full card details.

4. Discounts and promotions

Discount codes are single-use per order unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be limited to selected products or dates. We may withdraw a promotion at any time.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom and the European Union. Our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy form part of these terms.

6. Warranty and product safety

Our products come with the manufacturer's standard warranty where applicable. If an item is defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Wireless chargers, power banks and other battery-powered devices should be used as directed. Do not use damaged chargers, cables or batteries, keep them away from water, and stop using any product that overheats or swells. Always follow the instructions included with the product.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, logos, graphics and images, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wattwander is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product that is the subject of the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be waived, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except that if you are a consumer in the United States, the United Kingdom or the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country or state where you live.
